Returns, Printing Issues & First-Order Fit Relief


Made-to-Order  

All Bodhi Threads apparel is made on demand just for you. Since items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns for changes of mind (e.g., different size, color, or design after ordering, except for incorrect size after receiving your first order). Please review the details below.

Printing Defects → Free Replacement  

If your item has a printing defect or quality issue, we’ll replace it for free.  

How to request: Email hello@bodhi-threads.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Keep the item until further instructions are provided.


First-Order Fit Relief (one-time)  

Ordered the wrong size on your first Bodhi Threads purchase? We’ll remake the same item in a new size at 35% off—no return needed. Please gift or donate the original.  

• Submit your request within 7 days of delivery  

• Same product and color; next size up or down only  

• Discount code provided after your request is verified  

• Standard shipping rates apply  


6-Hour Change Window (before printing)  

Need to adjust the size after placing your order? Reply to your order confirmation email within 6 hours, and we’ll try to update it before production starts.


Australian Consumer Law  

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unchanged for defective goods.
