Returns & Care
We create each piece to order — thoughtfully and intentionally.
Because of this, we keep returns simple, fair and transparent.
Made-to-Order
All Bodhi Threads pieces are made specifically for you once your order is placed.
For this reason, we don’t accept returns for change of mind (e.g. size, colour, or design selection) with one exception for first-time sizing (see below).
Printing Defects & Quality Issues
If your item arrives with a printing defect or quality issue, we’ll replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:
Email hello@bodhi-threads.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll take care of it promptly.
First-Order Fit Relief (One-Time)
We understand that sizing can be difficult the first time.
If your first Bodhi Threads item doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a one-time remake of the same item in a different size at 35% off — no return required.
We kindly encourage gifting or donating the original piece.
Conditions:
- Request within 7 days of delivery
- Same product and colour
- Size up or down only
- Discount code issued after approval
- Standard shipping rates apply
Order Changes (6-Hour Window)
Need to adjust your order?
You can request changes within 6 hours of placing it by replying to your confirmation email.
We’ll do our best to update your order before production begins.
Your Rights (Australia)
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain fully protected for defective or faulty goods.
